By using Populate.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Populate.ai does
Populate.ai converts bills, receipts, invoices, photographs, and dictated audio into structured data inside your browser. Extracted data is intended to assist you — it is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
3. Your responsibilities
- You will only upload documents you have the right to process.
- You will not use Populate.ai to break the law or infringe on others' rights.
- You will review the extracted data before relying on it for decisions, filings, or transactions.
4. No warranty
Populate.ai is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard on accuracy, AI models can and do make mistakes. We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the extracted data.
5. Fair use
To keep the service free and abuse-free we apply per-IP rate limits and reasonable size caps on uploads. We may adjust these limits without notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Populate.ai name, logo, and software are owned by Populate.ai. You own the documents you upload and the extracted data they produce.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Populate.ai after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
